Q. Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?

A. No. We can contact you the day before we are due via phone call or text message so you are aware and can leave your gate unlocked. Once we have completed our work we will leave an invoice through your door with details of how to pay.

Q. Do you need a water supply?

A. No. We bring our own supply of pure water for all cleaning tasks.

Q. How much do you charge?

A. Prices depend on the size and number of windows at your property and whether you have a conservatory, skylights, etc. Please contact us for a quote to obtain an accurate price.

Q. How do I pay?

A. We have a number of payment options available including cash, cheque and BACS.

Q. How often should I have my windows cleaned?

A. That is up to you but we would recommend a monthly clean if you wish to keep your windows looking their best.

Q. Do you clean the frames and sills?

A. Yes with every clean.

Q. Can you clear my blocked gutters?

A. Yes. We offer a range of additional exterior property cleaning services including gutter cleaning and vacuuming, fascia cleaning, UPVC cleaning and solar panel cleaning.
